Many training sessions on the athletics track with his friends &amp; coaches to become the best.  Were these sessions the best for physical development? The environment and facilities played a role as well. Dealing with competition tension and performing at the right moments could perhaps have been better. Doesn't that apply to many sports talents? In the youth years, the pressure was too much on winning and performing and not on developing, growing, learning, and especially having fun.<\/p>\n                                                                                    <\/div>\n                                    <\/div>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                                                                                                <div class=\"box-overview-item\">\n                                <div class=\"row justify-content-center align-items-center\">\n                                    <div class=\"col-xl-5 col-md-12\">\n                                        <div class=\"box-overview-content wrap-two\">\n                                            <span><\/span>\n                                            <h2><\/h2>\n                                            <p>In the years after his sports career, Rik developed in the business world where performing, and getting the best out of yourself and your team, is central just like in sports. Several top coaching courses later, that acquired knowledge turns out to be not only applicable to commercial business but certainly also to guiding athletes as a performance coach. Zij zijn zelf talentvolle hordenloopsters en geven namens MYSPORTTALENT ook clinics aan jonge atleten.  Naast atletiek kun je clinics krijgen bij Olympisch taekwondoka Reshmie Oogink of een follow-up doen met een voedingsdeskundige, sportfysio of sportpsycholoog. We zijn in diverse sporten actief, tevens verzorgt Rik Hardon al enkele jaren de sprintcoaching bij het eredivisie team van FC Twente.
